• AI Providers: We use Anthropic (Claude) to process natural language requests. Your data is not used to train their public models.
• Communication Services: We use Twilio to send and receive text messages.
• Infrastructure: We use n8n and Airtable to orchestrate workflows and store task data securely.

Strict Privacy for SMS Data: We deeply respect your privacy. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers will not under any circumstances be shared with or sold to any third parties for any reason. This information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS Policy & Consent

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in via our separate, voluntary checkbox, you consent to receive SMS text messages from DayMade AI. We use your phone number exclusively to provide our service (Sage AI concierge). Important: SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for any reason. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

• Opt-in: Users can opt-in via our website signup form.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
